User Permissions required on Sage One

For Complex-City to integrate with Sage One on your behalf, we require Accounts -> Add-Ons to be allowed for the Sage One user.

How to set permissions for your user

1. Log in to the Sage One portal with a user that has administrator privileges and select the company you wish to use

2. Using the menu navigate to Administration -> Control User Access

3. In the bottom right box, select the "permissions" hyperlink for the user in question

4. In the User Permissions page, ensure that Add-Ons is selected
