Setting up your ComplexCity account
Get ready to use ComplexCity! This onboarding guide will help you set up your community scheme in ComplexCity so you have everything you need to be successful right from the start.
Access ComplexCity
Accept the email invitation received when subscribing to our software, by clicking on the link provided in the email and following the instructions to create your password. If you did not receive an email, please contact our support team.
As a registered user, you will now be able to link your Sage Cloud Accounting. Click the button, “Setup Sage Account” to allow ComplexCity to fetch the community schemes that you have added to Sage Cloud Accounting. If you do not have a Sage Cloud Accounting subscription, follow the link and sign up for an account.
Enter your Sage Cloud Accounting username and password. Take note of your connection status to ensure that you have entered the correct login details for your Sage Cloud Accounting subscription.
